There's still this rule. I don't think the mod "author" wrote any code, however the rule is rather weakly worded.

yeah.. Sarbian explained oto me that the license DOES state ARR, but he also includes specific conditions after that that can lead to redistribution... vOv ... idk what the BSD-2 license is in his OP, tho.. vOv

altho.. Zorg (RealPlumes) has just told me that there are certain files included in RP, (while RP is open), these specific files that are included have their own seperate ARR... which only Zorg has permission to include with "official" distributions of RP... So, I think it still should be taken down for the moment.
