Hiya! I'm trying to correct 'RealExpansion' asteroid orbital elements to match RSS's skewed-inclination-to-fix-earths-axial-tilt coordinates. Is there a document or script to describe the process needed to shift inc/argp/lan to RSS's frame of reference?
