egg|matrix|egg, I believe I have asked you that exact question in the past! I don't think I have any particularly pointed or well-formed questions, just a very loose understanding of the Consortium and a desire to know how the pieces fit together (and how they got put together in the first place)

I believe I started thinking about it because of the CLDR and being left with an impression of a lot of information that makes more sense from an 'insider' perspective but also I just generally enjoy retrospectives I guess
