<egg> lexi: there is *always* an interaction with the mun (that's the point of the mod after all), so the stock concept of "encounter" no longer exists; you change the reference frame used for plotting trajectories to something convenient to see your interaction with the bodies that are interesting to you

<diomidov> stock ksp simulates physics either in an inertial frame or in a rotating one depending on the altitude
<diomidov> I know that this principia doesn't do this
<diomidov> but another mod is trying to convert some vectors to this "world space"
<diomidov> and getting results as if the world space was inertial
<egg> well, the frame should be rotating when you're below the usual threshold, principia doesn't change that (and no longer moves the threshold)
