<queqiao-> ⟨Zeusbeer⟩ I wonder if its fun to have a program that assumes a reasonable density distribution and calculates spherical harmonic coefficients based on that and it's shape, that might also make the stock system a bit less boring
<raptop> what even is a reasonable density distribution for the stock planets?
<queqiao-> ⟨Zeusbeer⟩ Since the stock planets are based on their real counterparts, it might be possible to scale the density distributions of the real counterparts
<queqiao-> ⟨Zeusbeer⟩ For the oceans it is a bit tricky, I believe there are heightmaps for the planets/moons without oceans though, and you could add the ocean on top
<queqiao-> ⟨Iodyne⟩ I've written some configs for stock and various planet packs to work with Principia (both orbital stability and axial tilt), if anyone is interested. https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/215972-1125-io-assorted-mods-configs/

<queqiao-> ⟨ionite⟩ is there some way to preplot principia routes before ascent? Usually have to scramble to plot before the transfer window is up
<queqiao-> ⟨Marsh⟩ There isn't, but if you sim it first you can find out the exact numbers to type into the planner. Interplanetary transfer windows are days long, you don't have to burn right on the minute that TWP says. Lunar windows are shorter, but still wide enough that you don't need to burn right on the minute. Perfectly fine to do another orbit.
