It is a
<mbound> binary star system, the 2 stars are Destiny and Fate and the config for Principia adjusts Fate's SMA, but I get the same power flow regardless of whether panels are focused on Fate or Destiny.
<mbound> Rhode is the home planet, and the Principia config above doesn't really seem to change its starting orbit.
