<queqiao-> ⟨Nazfib⟩ One of the effects of Principia is that the inclination of the Moon's orbit now varies in an approximately 18 year cycle. During most of this cycle, the inclination is too low to be able to launch into its plane from the Cape. The fix is to either plan an off-plane transfer (there's a helper mod for this in #testing-needed), or to use a different launch site (such as Kourou) which is closer to the equator.
