You should have a timer job that runs every 10 minutes to check availability and restart the services if it's offline

Oh it looks like the service files also changed a bit (because AllisTauri moved the prepare.sh). So if I swap them out now with the ones for beta, we need to remember to change them back with/before/after #242.

I've set `--workers 1` in `spacedock@.service` for the time being, someone knowing what he's doing can look into that later.

To complete the setup of beta I think the GitHub hook stuff needs adjusting, and I'm not sure about the database connection string.
