<egg|laptop|egg> awang: the recipes are very good, a bunch are horrifyingly time-consuming (I did spend half a day combing spaghetti once, cc. whitequark), some are nice timesavers (using fancy thickeners/emulsifiers to turn tricky last-minute sauces into freeze-and-boil-safe things)
