<DasSkelett[m]>
I might be able to write a cookie warning, but I'm definitely out for an EULA/AGB. I'm no lawyer ^^
<VITAS[m]>
Yes its mroe about the functionality
<VITAS[m]>
i can provide texts
<VITAS[m]>
and we should think about how we get existing accounts on one
<VITAS[m]>
its also a good opportunity to add some rules we have party written on github and parctice/discuss here
<VITAS[m]>
im open to suggestions what to add :)
<DasSkelett[m]>
Sooo, what cookies do we actually have?
MEGASLIME[m] has quit [Quit: Idle timeout reached: 10800s]

DasSkelett and me tested gmail from the server. its working
<VITAS[m]>
also the log shows many other gmail mails beeing deliverred succsesfully
<VITAS[m]>
so either typos or individual differences like usernames may result in it beeing taged as spam

we need to implement some things required by the GDPR (not that it would matter much for a site like spacedock but it's good to have everything right in case we need legal action taken or something like that)
<VITAS[m]>
thats exactly what im talking about
<VITAS[m]>
and it does matter
<VITAS[m]>
its a german site
<RockyTV[m]>
need a privacy policy page, cookies warning, delete data and export data options

I think the only manual cookie we set is `first-visit`. All others (=`remember_token`, `session`, `_pk_id`, `_pk_ref`) are generated by Flask. I'd say all of them count as "strictly necessary" where we don't need to obtain consent, we only need to explain "what they do and why they are".
<DasSkelett[m]>
piwik doesn't seem to use cookies, although I have a hard time deciphering that code.
<DasSkelett[m]>
Do we actually neeed EULA/AGB if we don't sell anything?
<DasSkelett[m]>
A privacy policy page should be easy enough to set up, I would leave filling the content to someone else though, especially because I have no idea of this piwik stuff and what it collects and if it is anonymized or not.
<DasSkelett[m]>
Uhm guys, we already have a privacy policy page, even with terms of use:
