I was just confused because the target was actually very near Kerbin and I sort of was in its plane as much as I *COULD* be but the target (asteroid) was actually underneath Kerbin so when I was comparing my plane to the asteroid it looked like I was more than 60 degrees off...
<Starwaster> in fact, I was expecting to launch TOWARDS it which would have put me badly out of its plane and would have made it nigh impossible to intercept it...
<Starwaster> or at least impossible to match velocity
<Starwaster> I was fooled into thinking that its nearness meant I could intercept it in a month or something... (nearness being relative... it's actually 1.241 MILLION kilometers away)

<awang_> What I saw was that my PR showed up as "Open" after you had merged it
<awang_> And that the number of open PRs was either 3 or 2 depending on whether I was looking at closed or open PRs at the time
