What I have: a sat with lots of solar panels around its sides.

What I want: to maximize the solar they receive. The sat will rotate and the panels will get equal exposure. Also "long term".

What I think I should do: sun reference frame, to point to Radial out (blue coordinates) which is always the same as the Earth orbits the Sun.
