"didn't seem like the =false gave a reasonable result" sounds like it did not fix mass for you, if so it would be kind to elaborate, because engine masses seem to work fine for me with that patch

Mike`: yes i think they work, but i don't truct my install since SSTU seems to break other things and i have only RP-0/RP-1 installs and didn't build a fresh one to test it in isolation

Bornholio, well, that false is not for tanks, it's just for engine clusters and their mass calculations - the false disables sstu's internal mass calculation because it interferes with realfuels' - realfuels can calculate the mass of clusters just fine
