Each biome on every celestial body has a "1 minus this percentage" chance of having no ore at all. If that first chance passes, then there is a second coin flip to determine the average ore concentration in the biome

it's currently possible using RealISRU to harvest everything you need to make methane and oxygen and liquefy it.

it's supposed to just scale back power output if it gets too hot until it cools down but sometimes it just sets the temperature to some unreasonable value and does't put out power until it cools back down

I think for playability there needs to be more powerful drills and converters so that you don't have to spam the damned things

1 refrigerator is fine for small amounts of boiloff but for ISRU processing you need more capacity
