17:10 <queqiao-> ⟨s​cimas⟩ I've used HORIZONS before - for principia purposes - I can take a look at it once I'm home from work. Apart from that, principia's github repo has a script for querying horizons and parsing the data. It wouldn't be useful to you as is, but might be a good starting point.
