FLHerne: they're not broken, just outdated. You actually can still get the part it wants, but it's buried in one of the submenus.

not well lol. in theory it can, and i've found a post from the dev explaining the "training" step you have to take, but i've yet to get it to work for kerbin to mun or kerbin to minmus. It's probably more intended for rendesvous with a station or ship already in orbit, though, so that could be a factor
