It would have been smaller had I not made this for you. Like a command seat in a fairing instead of a capsule with heat shield.

Note the baguettes in the Nerv interstage and the docking port and on the last stage. I land with a poodle, get back to orbit with a terrier, then dock to the part left in orbit to refuel for the trip back.
<Mat2ch>
I thought about a two stage approach, too. But I don't litter around on planets (except Eve ;)
<Mat2ch>
I will try to land something which can refuel on the ground.
<Mat2ch>
Thanks to Pinkbeast and the mining station planner this will be great :D
<darsie>
Haven't heard that before (I don't litter around on planets) :).
<Mat2ch>
Don't give too much on it, just a joke :)
<Mat2ch>
My autism kicks in, when I'm doing these missions. I like clean stuff :D
<darsie>
Well, it can become a bit disorienting on the map.
<darsie>
I find interpreting the dv map tricky on the way back.
<packbart>
hrm. I could make a new design of the Roid Raider. still, capturing an asteroid into a suitable orbit for a refuel base takes a lot of fuel, too

New text is: The crash site becomes so famous Merryweather writes a comic about it.

You hire Michael Bay to be your Flight Director. What does that mean, Bob? Where the cows been?
<Althego>
cows ran away because of the explosons
<Althego>
hehe exploson, sounds like a dark matter candidate
<KrazyKrl>
assume an infinite grid of zero mass dimensionless 1ohm cows in a vacuum that is perfectly lit with a laminar 10 kph wind with zero relative humidity at unixtime 0
<KrazyKrl>
oh, and they are perfectly spherical.

You refrigerate the equations to kill more stowaways. Your space program is considered a hoax.

Oops, I think I found why my Tylo rocket had too little dv. I used a LF/Ox tank for the Nerv.
<darsie>
The other is just LF.
<darsie>
1496 m/s in LTO. I need 1660 to return.
<darsie>
Well, well, well ... There's a BadS in this rocket ... :)
