I was able to fit two sat/probes into the larger of the two round service bays for a mission. It was pretty cramped though and had to ... cheat a little with the stock jr docking port for it to work. (read, they were a little 'floaty)

Oh, if you have mods from 1.7, they certainly likely to have problems in the latest version (unless they're just parts mods) because there was a Unity upgrade in 1.8
