23:22 <burneddi> I installed Realism Overhaul along with the RP-0 dev branch for 1.3.1. The tech tree has these engine upgrade unlocks that say "Unlock it in the VAB/SPH through the engine configs interface", but I can't for the life of me figure out how I'm actually supposde to unlock them and where. I can't find any engine config interface within or without the VAB.
