One of the more-or-less experimental additions to RP-1.

Mod adds a "lab" module to selected cockpits. Lab creates a resource "crew time", which can be spent on performing experiments.

Currently it's used for experiments like "Liquids in Microgravity" or "Power Tool Evaluation".
