well like any feature easy to spereate, it could and should be switchable. Just cause it think playing with out part purchase price is wrong, doesn't invalidate switchoffability

Pap: I think the wiki page isn't sufficient; (a) some of it's slightly out of date (e.g. it's from when training and maintenance were two separate GUIs); (b) it doesn't really cover the "things that are known broken"

for an example of (b), non-procedural tanks are unbalanced (too light early on, unlock costs way too low for stuff like Atlas tankage)

it would be a shame if it had returned because other than that I'm looking at high timewarp rates and very little boiloff

looks like even the stock radiators are behaving themselves at warp though I hadn't heard of any high warp changes to the radiator code
